1-On-1 Coaching is a partnership that allows your training to be tailored to where you are in the moment, with no assumptions or best guesses. Move beyond a plan, and create a partnership
All plans will be delivered over a platform that syncs directly to your device. We will cover topics beyond just running, including best practices for staying healthy, shoe choice, in-training, pre-race and in-race fueling, cross-training and strength training. We will establish process, performance, and outcome goals that excite and motivate you.
